Suir Analysis Ltd. is a “data processor”. With regards to recording of match footage & accessing the PlayerStat Data services, the club customer will act as the data controller and Suir Analysis Ltd. will act as data processor. The relationship between our customers and PlayerStat Data in connection with the processing of personal data is governed by a data processing agreement, which is available on request. More information on the customers’ and PlayerStat Data’s data protection roles and responsibilities are also available on request. Given this split of roles and responsibilities, the customer is primarily responsible for complying with the data protection legislation, including GDPR. Therefore, PlayerStat Data will in general refer questions, comments, or enquiries in relation to the data processing activities and recording of sport events to the relevant customer. We reserve the right to update this privacy notice at any time. We may also notify you in other ways from time to time about the processing of your personal information. If we do, we correct the date and the version at the bottom of this Policy. In case of significant changes, we will provide notification in the form of a visible notice on our website or by direct contact.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT:
Personal information means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. When you use our Services, we collect the following types of personal information: - Club contact names, email addresses, contact number, club affiliation, purchasing history, invoicing and bookkeeping data and documentation, username, password, account status (club customer payments etc.), video recordings & player names from sporting events and platform use and behaviour. To access our platform, users will be provided bespoke login details, which will be forwarded to one specific contact within the club (who will then forward the necessary login details to the respective coaches). We do not look for any player contact information nor look to speak with them directly in this process.
Additional Information:
To help improve your experience or enable certain features, you may choose to provide us with further additional information. If you contact us or participate in a survey, contest or promotion, we collect the information you submit such as your name, contact information and message.
Payment Information:
If you purchase PlayerStat Data’ products on our website, you provide your payment information, including your name, credit, debit card or PayPal account details and billing address. We do not store this information. We do store your email address to fulfil your order.
Information we receive from your use of our Services:
PlayerStat Data Product Information:
PlayerStat Data analysts collect data to allow users to monitor player development. These metrics cover: Defensive, Possession, Attacking, Set Piece and Goalkeeper outputs. The data/video output provided to users will depend on the end product that they want to see. PlayerStat Data will collect the same data from each game, regardless of client specific requirements. The club customer (as data controller) provides the relevant team details (ie. Starting player/substitute names) after each game. This lineup/player information remains securely in-house & we do not make it available to any other parties.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION:
We only process personal data for legitimate purposes in accordance with GDPR regulation. Depending on the circumstances, the personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- To deliver products or services to a user, customer, or member.
- To answer enquires or complaints from users, customers, or members.
- To store personal data to comply with applicable legislation requirements such as GDPR.
- To send direct marketing to users, customers, or members.
- To send newsletters by e-mail.

- To facilitate a sales process.

Registering for an account with PlayerStat Data is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable data from persons under the age of 13 in connection with creating an account.
